Terms of Service

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Readster provides its service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Readster provides users with access to the various services, like communications forums, information, personalized content and etc. You understand and agree that the Service may include advertisements and that these advertisements are necessary for Readster to provide the Service. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new services, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that Readster assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.
You are responsible for obtaining access to the Service and that access may involve third party fees like Internet service providers.
You must be at least 18 years of age to access and view certain areas

3. MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY
You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the Service's registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify Readster of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Readster cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section

4. MEMBER CONDUCT
You are solely responsible for the content or information you publish on the Readster services, or send to other Readster members.

You will NOT publish the Readster services, or send to other the Readster Members, any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially, religiousely, or politicaly offensive, or ill egal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party's rights.
You will not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other members to buy or sell any products or services through the Service. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk E-mail to other Readster Members.

You will use Readster services only privately

5. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE
Readster reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Readster shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Readster reserves the right to end your membership, without telling any reasons, and without informing you.

6. LINKS
You agree and understand, that Readster ist not responsible for the content and availiblity of the external sites.

7. GENERAL PROVISIONS
You agree that any any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to laws in the Fedreal Republic of Germany and the city of Essen,
